This deployment (ADCP CORE V2 — ADCP CONTROLLED PILOT — BASE SEPOLIA) does not include the Protocol Bitcoin Reserve module — no PBRController, BitcoinReserveVault, or PBR-dedicated oracle exists in its contract graph, and no PBR purchase or restoration-sale execution is reachable here. This is a structural exclusion, not a paused feature: the deployment's own `pbrAllocationBps` is zero and no address is ever registered as an approved PBR source.
